Service Description
Finding the right counsellor is an important first step. I understand that reaching out for support can feel daunting, and it's important that you feel comfortable and confident in your choice. You're welcome to get in touch to ask any questions about my approach, the counselling process or how I may be able to support you.
Cancellation Policy
Your free 15-minute consultation is an opportunity for us to briefly connect, discuss what you're looking for in counselling, and see whether working together feels like the right fit. If you need to cancel or reschedule, I kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice where possible. There is no cancellation fee for free consultations. Please note that this initial consultation is not a counselling session.
